maple brown sugar granola
ingredients:
1-1/2 cups of quick oats
1-1/2 cups of old fashioned oats
1/2 cup of brown sugar
1/2 tsp of salt
6 tbsps of butter, melted
1/3 cup of pure maple syrup
1 tsp of pure vanilla extract

parchment paper

directions:
preheat the oven to 350. line a sheet pan with parchment paper and set aside. in a bowl, combine the quick oats, old fashioned oats, brown sugar, and salt. in another bowl, whisk the butter, maple syrup, and vanilla together well. pour the wet ingredients into the dry, and stir well with a spatula until all the oats are coated evenly. pour the mixture onto the sheet pan and spread out into an even layer. bake for 25 minutes, or until the granola is brown. let cool completely before breaking up into chunks.
