crockpot cuban mojo pork
ingredients:
3 cloves of garlic, chopped
zest of 2 oranges
juice of 3 oranges
zest of 1 lime
juice of 2 limes
3 tbsps of olive oil
1/2 cup of cilantro, chopped
1 tsp of dried oregano
1 tsp of ground cumin
sea salt and black pepper, to taste
2.5-3lbs of pork shoulder
supplies:
crockpot / slow cooker
whisk / mixing spoon
directions:
add all the ingredients to a crockpot or slow cooker and mix well. Make sure the pork shoulder is covered in the ingredients. cook on low for about 8 hours or high for 4 hours, until the pork falls apart.
