Ingredients:

1lb of salmon, cut into filets/serving sizes

Olive oil

1/4 cup of raw honey

3 cloves of garlic, chopped fine

Pepper (to taste)

Cayenne pepper (to taste)

Enough foil to wrap salmon in

Directions:

Preheat oven to 400. Lay foil on a sheet pan and drizzle with olive oil. Put the salmon on the middle of the foil, and drizzle a little olive oil on top. Pepper to taste. Sprinkle cayenne to your preference of heat. Rub seasonings into the fish. Drizzle honey all over fish, add the chopped garlic, and close the top with aluminum foil, slightly tenting it so the foil doesn’t touch the fish. Bake for about 12 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through. Remove the foil from the top for the last couple minutes and turn your oven to broil if you want a golden crust. TIP: If a white substance starts to come out, the salmon is overcooked.
